Vice President of CX Operations

As the InteLogix Vice President of CX Operations, Danielle leads the Customer Service division to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded across multiple engagement channels. Specializing in voice, chat, back office, social media, and digital containment services, the Customer Service (CX) team plays a complex role in supporting our customers and providing differentiated value. The team’s focus is on balancing client total cost of ownership with our international support teams and digital strategies, with a people-centric culture providing industry-leading retention and speed to proficiency.

Throughout her career, Danielle has led Operational and Client Services teams domestically, nearshore, and offshore. She has subject matter expertise in a variety of verticals both operationally and strategically. Danielle leverages this background to innovate and meet diverse client needs seamlessly from both perspectives. 

Danielle believes in a community-first focus, and is part of the community outreach committee at InteLogix. Her global CX Operations team regularly engages in their communities, both in brick and mortar and work from home environments. She believes that engaging where we live is one of the most powerful impacts a company can make to the globe, and that it creates a positive environment internally by being well-rounded in our definition of ‘service’. 

Danielle’s commitment is to understand our client’s strategic and operational needs with substance, and to treat their needs with as much urgency as our own. She will ensure that the InteLogix operational framework is scalable and future-focused, and will leverage industry best practices to prioritize continued innovation and deliver the best experience and value to our clients and their customers.
