Integration under the InteLogix brand expands the company’s global reach and language support
PARK CITY, Utah, October 23, 2025 – InteLogix, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Athear for Marketing Services S.A.E. (Athear), a Cairo-based provider of multilingual CX, workspace management, and staff augmentation services.
Athear operates out of New Cairo, a vibrant tech and financial hub strategically located to serve European, Middle Eastern, and global markets. The region is known for its skilled talent pool, competitive operating environment, and strong government backing of tech and export industries.
The acquisition marks InteLogix’s entry into the EMEA region, which enables InteLogix to better serve key European markets, including the GCC, UK, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland. It also expands the company’s capabilities for supporting customers in Arabic, French, German, Portuguese Spanish, and Turkish languages.
